Join us for a session exploring the impact of technology on emotional well-being. We will discuss how activities like gaming, binge-watching, social media, and online forums can become compulsive and affect our sleep, stress levels, empathy, and overall mental health.

We'll delve into the role of dopamine in creating cycles of craving and numbing, leading to decreased tolerance for healthy stress. Additionally, we will address the existential challenges many face today, such as loneliness, financial stress, and feelings of purposelessness, while also recognizing technology as both a coping mechanism and a source of anxiety, including fears of missing out (FOMO).

We will also examine the concept of "fake flow," where superficial engagement with devices disconnects us from real-life experiences. To wrap up, we’ll share practical strategies for healthier habits, including embracing boredom, encouraging struggle, fostering accountability, and setting boundaries around screen time, such as device-free family dinners.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to navigate technology while prioritizing your emotional health!
