About me
Erin A. Harper, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist with 20 years of experience providing culturally responsive, equity-centered psychoeducational services and training. She is currently a Senior Research Scientist at the UT Southwestern Center for Depression Research and Clinical Care (CDRC). Before joining UT Southwestern, Dr. Harper served for eight years as a school psychologist in urban public schools and held academic appointments at Miami University of Ohio and Texas A&M University-Commerce.
In addition to her professional practice, Dr. Harper serves as an associate editor for School Psychology International, is on the editorial board for the Journal of Educational and Psychological Consultation, and co-chairs the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Multicultural Affairs Committee. A proud graduate of Spelman College and Georgia State University, she is committed to advancing access to high-quality education and mental health services for all students and families.
