Russell Baxter, LPC-S, is the owner and founder of Foundations Counseling PLLC in Colleyville, TX. With over 10 years of experience, he has grown the practice from a solo venture into a thriving group practice, including a Nurse Practitioner. A Licensed Professional Counselor since 2013 and Supervisor since 2018, Russell holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies and an M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University. He is also the author of Sharing Your Heart, Sharing Your Treasure, a guide for couples to discuss finances in marriage.
